Form 1099-Q

I have a 1099-Q that is coded as a trustee-to-trustee transfer.  Turbo Tax is counting this as income even though it's just a transfer between plans; this should be non-taxable.  Is this a bug in the software?  How do I resolve?

Delete the 1099-Q.   It is an informational only document and it does not need to be reported on your tax return unless there are taxable earnings reported.  If it was a trustee to trustee transfer, it is not taxable.   Keep the 1099-Q with your tax records.
