For federal taxes there is an exclusion of $5,000 around the early withdraw from an IRA when you have a kid. Does Colorado have the same or similar?

I withdrew from my IRA early, with the federal side there is a $5,000 you can withdraw early and not pay penalties. Does Colorado have this too?

States don't charge early withdrawal penalties. That's an IRS thing.
