Filing a joint federal tax return.My spouse has 1099R forms.When I put them in it thinks it's diane???

At the beginning of the Form 1099-R entry section, there is a screen where you indicate who owns the 1099-R.  See the screenshot below).  You can return to the "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)" section and change the owner.
