Fed form 2210 Line D

My federal return kicks back with an error on this line to be corrected. BUT, it will not allow a date entry as directed. It appears to be set to a number format.

Yes the number format for this field is XX/XX/XXXX, for example 04/15/2024.

If you can't correct the date by entering it in the Review screen, you can go to where this information is entered earlier in the interview.

Sign in to TurboTax.
Select Other Tax Situations.
Select Underpayment Penalties, under Additional Tax Payments.
Answer the first question Yes.
Answer the next few screens according to your situation.
When you get to Date of Payment, enter 04/15/2024, or an earlier date in the same format.
Select Continue, then Review.
