Entering my 1099-R. On Box 7 has two codes. I checked the box that says i have more than one value in Box 7, but it still won't let me enter the second value?

Ae you sure?...the new box shows up to the rt side of the first box.

 

At least it does on a full screen computer

...not sure how/where it ends up if you are on a phone or narrow screen device.  (BUT...Never use a phone)

What version of TurboTax are you using?  If the below does not work try deleting your Form 1099-R and reentering it.

 

 

For TurboTax Online it looks like this (You have to check box that says that you have more than one value in Box 7. Then the drop down menu over to the right for the second code):

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In TurboTax Desktop/CD version it looks a little different.  There are actually two drop downs, one on top of the other to enter the two codes.
