Donated truck with $4000 value. Received 1098-C from non-profit. Turbotax nulls donation amount

I made a proper donation of a truck, with fair market value $4000. The recipient non-profit provided me a valid 1098-C form with donation date, VIN, etc.. I added this to Turbotax Deluxe in the provided 1098-C form for this donation.

The non-profit intends on USING THE VEHICLE, and NOT selling it.

The only option appears the one they chose: box 5a - vehicle not transferred for money, ... until significant intervening use.

When I enter this, Turbotax nulls my $4000 donation value. This appears to be a bug.

It can be allowed as a deduction.

After you entered the 1098-C, continue with the interview

Be sure to elect

"The charity made significant use of the vehicle before they sold it." (even if they did not yet sell it)

The full value of the donation should then be allowed.
