Does turbotax keep records of payments I made via Turbotax when filing? The IRS says they got my 4/15/2021 payment a month late and just now notifying me.

When I filed on 4/15/2022 I paid via Turbotax my full balance. The IRS just came back and said the payment didn't actually go through until a month later. Can I prove i included all my bank info to pay it when I filed my 1040 in early April 2022?

TurboTax never knows when or even if you have paid your tax due.   If you enter payment information when you prepare your return, the information is just passed along to the IRS or the state.  TT never knows if the IRS or state received your payment.  Your only proof that you paid your tax due will be your own bank or credit card records. TT cannot provide you with any proof that you paid.

Does TurboTax have any records that I electronically filed on time? Because i paid by including my bank information in my filing maybe that’s enough to dispute it?

You can look for the electronic postmark showing when you e-filed.
