Does turbo tax exclude Roth IRA withdrawals from taxable income. If so, where on the form does it show it.

Yes.  You should receive a 1099-R for any IRA withdrawals.; it will reflect just how much of such withdrawals are tax exempt.

Tax-exempt withdrawals will be shown on your 1040, Line 4a.
