Does the "Did you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020?" mean the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance that we received during the pandemic?

Does it also include the cheques that were given by the government at the time?   Please let me know.  Struggling to understand this bit.

No, that refers to any $$ you removed from an IRA or other retirement account (like a 401k), back when you were allowed to take those $$ out (2018-2020), and chose to report the distribution over 3 years...or return to the retirement plan later.
