Does Roth to Roth Account rollover be included for AGI for IRMMA?

Did a rollover no distribution and yet it’s been considered an AGI which is raising my Irma considerably why

A Roth to Roth rollover is nontaxable income.  As such, it does not add to your AGI and has no effect on Medicare IRMAA.
