Does not retrieve the name of my Pension Retirement System?

There are hundreds  of systems that are not import partners.

So you ignore attempting to import it, and change how it's entered...and Type It In Myself using your paper copy..

You have the option to enter your 1099R manually.  At the screens with the financial institutions click on "Change how I enter my form". On the next screen click "I'll type it myself".  There you can manually enter the amounts from your 1099R

Make sure and enter all information from the 1099R in the corresponding boxes in TurboTax.  The information will flow to the necessary tax forms to determine taxability.
