Does my Husband get any credits from being disabled

No. There is no credit for that. Now if you had a child that was disabled and unable to work, all that does is remove the age restriction on claiming said child as your dependent, if all other requirements are met. But for your disabled husband, you still file a joint return and there is nothing "special" for that, as far as a tax break is concerned.

On the federal tax return there is no credit or other benefit for the taxpayer or spouse being disabled. Some states give some sort of tax benefit for being disabled.
