Does information from 1099-R get entered into tax forms? or just keep for records. no distribution income received.

Yes, you'll enter the 1099-R exactly as it appears on the form.  There will be a distribution code "G" in Box 7 that indicates the distribution is a non-taxable rollover. 

To enter the 1099-R, open the return and type "1099-r" into the search box then click on the "Jump to" link that appears in the search results.  Then follow the program prompts to complete your entry.
