Does anyone know how to calculate $7,236 RMD or determine if the entire, partial or zero distribution would be the correct selection? How do I find this info?

I looked at How do I find this info and it doesn't make any sense to me at all.

If you know that you took your RMD for 2024 you can select the entire contribution applies as an RMD. If you met your RMD for 2024 all that TurboTax needs to know is that you took your RMD for 2024 and then TurboTax will not fill out Form 5329 part IX.
