Does a 2021 1099-Gen,need to be filed?There was 0 taxes witheld of the so an someone guide me to a solution?

TurboTax has me oweing arounr700$. I didn't file cause I was recently diagnosed with a terminal condition.Sould I pay the premium for live assistance or just pay it .  47 years and I'm on a fixed income. Any one have a helpful opinion or suggestion?

A 1099G?  What is it for?  What box is the amount in?  Is it for unemployment or a state tax refund you got?

There is no such thing as Form 1099-Gen. Is it a 1099-G, as VolvoGirl assumes? If so, please answer her questions. If it's not a 1099-G, please clarify what the form number is.
