Does 1099-b from previous years need to be reported?

I received 1099-b from broker, do I need to report gain and loss?  Also, Do I need to go back to amend previous years?  I thought I only need to report 1099-div .

Yes, you will want to report all tax documents since they are reported directly to this IRS. Reporting the document will help you avoid having to file an amended return or any penalties or interested with failing to report the document.
