Do we have to file taxes on my husbands social security he turned 66 march of 2016 and then started to draw.They take 10percent out so do,we have to file his ss

Yes, you must enter your spouse's SSA1099 on your joint return.  ALL of your income must go on your return.

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security to enter your SSA1099.
