Do I say yes or no to receiving past funds if payer id changed on 1099-r for 2018?

TIAA changed their payer name and id # for 2018 1099-R forms. Turbotax asks if I have received payments from this entity in the past. Do I say yes or no? I did receive funds from TIAA in 2017 but the name and id # were different then.
