Do I report 1099 Q forms if I am not beneficiary and funds are not being used, just rolled over to another education fund?

Since the IRS received a copy of the form, you should report it and show the IRS that the amount is nontaxable.  The rollover should be indicated and also that you are not the beneficiary.   She the link below to see where to enter it.
