Do I qualify for the Retirenment Savings Contribution Credit with a 401(k) from my employer?

Yes, that contribution does qualify if you meet the other conditions.

The 401K does NOT to get entered in TurboTax in this area, as it is already taken into account when you enter the W-2 as it is listed there.
