Do I not send my W2's and 1099R with my tax documents

If you are e-filing the tax return, then the tax data from the W-2's and Form 1099-R's is already included on the e-file.  So there is no need to mail those forms to the IRS.

If you will be printing and mailing the tax return to the IRS, then those forms should be included with the mailed tax return.
