Do I need to file an Oregon tax form for retirement income as a non-resident of Oregon?

If the retirement income was from an Oregon source, you do NOT need to file an Oregon tax return.

No.  Income not considered from Oregon sources includes: Oregon retirement income received while you were a nonresident unless you were domiciled in Oregon. See “Retirement income” in Publication OR-17.
