Do I need to enter Basis in Roth IRA amounts from past years on my 2022 tax return? I did not withdraw from a Roth IRA in 2022

You don't have to, but it's a good idea to do so to keep track of your basis, particularly if you are under age 59½ or it has not been at least 5 years from the beginning of the year for which you first made a Roth IRA contribution.
