Do I have to list stocks sold in my retirement IRA by my financial advisor?

No, you do not list stocks sold within your IRA account.

Why do we get 1099B if they are IRAs and don't need to be reported. Turbotax does not indicate this.

You should not receive a Form 1099-B if the stock sold was within an IRA account.  I recommend contacting your financial advisor, it sounds like the stock sales were in a taxable account.
