Do I have to file taxes on my Social Security to receive the stimulus? It's my only income!

I've not received any stimulus & been wondering why!

You should receive the stimulus check automatically if you receive Social Security income.   Stimulus payments to SS recipients have just started to go out.

You can use the IRS Get My Payment site to see what is expected for your 3rd stimulus check:

No, you should not need to file a 2020 tax return for the third stimulus payment.
