Do I have to enter dividends from a T. Rowe Price mutual fund on my Form 1040 if nothing was withdrawn from these funds in 2024?

Yes, the dividends should be reported on a Form 1099-DIV and you do need to enter them on your tax return. If they are qualified dividends, they may not be taxable, depending on what your total income is.
