Do I have to claim $ from a qdro distributed to a 401K when I in 2020 & I was under 59? I haven't received anything yet. It's at Fidelity for AT&T?

This question is about a QDRO I got money in a 401K in 2020. Do I claim it if I was under 59 1/2?

The age 59-1/2 only affects you when you take a Distribution from your 401K.

If you put QDRO funds into your 401K, you may have a Non-Deductible Contribution to report.

However, you should have received a 1099-R from Fidelity to report the transaction.

You may be able to get this at their website if you didn't receive it by mail.
