Do I enter all Form 5498 totals or just ones pertaining to 1099-R data entered? TurboTax asking for Form 5498 total.

I entered 1099-R data. Next TurboTax wants me to enter total from Form 5498. Is that all Form 5498 totals for all IRAs or just from the financial institution the 1099-R is from?

if you have a basis it applies to the total of ALL your Traditional, SEP and SIMPLE IRAs.
