Do I deduct 10,200 off of my 1099 from state unemployment or does Turbotax make the deduction

state already sent me 1099 before the Federal deduction took place. What do I do?

You enter the Form 1099-G as received.  Reporting all of the unemployment compensation you received.  The TurboTax program will apply the UC exclusion automatically.
