Yes congress did put that in the bill and when you get to the EIC section you will see it ... go slow and read the screens carefully ...

I can't find this question on mine I even got on live with someone and he couldn't find this either.

Did you enter in any income yet ?   I have tried it with wages and unemployment and the EIC section works fine.
