Did a Roth IRA Conversion in 2021. The TT AL State form asks 2 questions: Is this a "Taxable Pension or IRA" OR "Taxable Roth IRA Conversion". Which option is it?

If I choose the "Taxable Roth IRA Conversion" option, it doesn't tax it. If I choose "Taxable Pension or IRA" option, it does. Confused on which one to pick.

Please clarify: did you convert from Traditional IRA to Roth IRA or Roth to Traditional IRA?
