Csa 1099R box 5 says none. Later, TurboTax asks how much of 0 was for health insurance. I put $1,916.88. Will this be calculated correctly?

You should enter your CSA 1099-R exactly as shown on the form.  The IRS has a copy of it.

If there is no amount in Box 5, that means that no part of your pension was used to pay Health Insurance.

Any amount in Box 5 is transferred to Schedule A, Itemized Deductions, for Medical Expenses.

If you paid your own Medical Insurance Premiums, you can enter this amount yourself in the Deductions & Credits section.
