Could someone check my returns very carefully because there is no amount for tax withheld on either federal or state. I did have tax withheld so how do I fix this.

No one else can see your tax return, let alone check it for you. YOU have to fix your own return.  If you did not enter your W-2 correctly, then go back to Federal>Wages and Income and enter your W-2 box by box.  Federal tax withheld is in box 2 of your W-2, state tax withheld is in box 17.
