Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 - What is the latest date a distribution would have had to be taken in order to qualify under these 401k distribution rules?

I want to know the latest date I could have taken out a 401k Distribution in order to qualify under the CAA rules?

Would any distributions in 2021 qualify?

For a coronavirus only disaster distribution it must have occurred prior to 31 December 2020.

Distributions that occurred before June 25, 2021, as result of economic loss suffered due to FEMA declared disaster (other than Coronavirus) that occurred before February 26, 2021, would still be eligible for the CAA handling.
