Cashed out the ira

my husband got a new job and cashed out his ira and his new job is 41k not ira. how do I put what we got from the ira?

You will receive a 1099R for that. Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
