Cant delete form 8880, it keeps reappearing. I'm trying to remove the retirement savings contributions credit but it wont disappear, and the form wont delete.

You cannot delete it if you qualify.

You can cause TurboTax to remove the Form 8880 by indicating in the Retirement Savings Contributions Credit section that you were a full-time student.  Doing so will have no effect on any other part of your tax return.

Does TurboTax understand how absurd it is to demand people pay $39 to claim an $18 credit?   You shouldn't display this screen unless people will have a net gain in their refund.  The fact I can't file without upgrading is making me abandon TurboTax entirely and I'm now filing directly with the IRS.

If you qualify for the Saver's Credit, you won't be able to delete the form.
