Can you still file through Turbotax using a W-2 with an incorrect social security number?

Yes, TurboTax will use the SSN entered in the program for either you or your spouse.  You should, however, get a corrected W-2 from your employer.  The IRS will be trying to match the SSNs on the W-2s.
