Can you help me fix this error Duplicate entries for boxes 18-20?

There are 2 different amounts on boxes 18 - 20, turbo tax generated it automatically but it won't let me e-file because of that error.   Can I add up those two numbers and right down the total amount?

What do you mean Turbo Tax generated it automatically?  Is box 20 the same?  Did you import the W2?  Are there 2 rows on your actual W2?
