Can you file with turbo tax when you get figures not final 1099?

do I have to wait to do turbo tax when I get figures not final?

Yes, you should wait until you receive the final 1099. You can enter the figures into TurboTax now, and make any corrections if necessary when you receive the final copy of 1099.
