Can you file a 1099 under the Delux option?

I need to file my Federal, State, and a 1099. I need some advice on what option is best for me.

If you are filing with a 1099-MISC, your best option would be Deluxe. Unfortunately, you cannot file a 1099-MISC under the Federal Free Edition.
