can someone help with my 1099-R it is my pension but this year its bundled with IRA etc

If you are being asked about an RMD then all of your pension is an RMD so answer those questions accordingly.

Also, make sure the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on the Form 1099-R is Not checked.
