Can not E-file fed or state because of conflict on 1099r statement. I am be told the line 14 () for the amount of $480 is greater than line 2A which is $15195.77

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter the form manually to eliminate this program error.

Is there anything in box 16?  That should be the same as box 1 or 2.  Did you import the 1099R?  One way that usually fixes it is to delete the 1099R and enter it again manually.  Be sure to go all the way to the end of the 1099R section.  There are several followup screens to answer.
