Can my non working wife open post tax contribution traditional ira 2018 and do conversion in 2019 even i have my own traditional post tax contribution 2018 filling jointl

based on the spousal IRA rule, if you have enough earned income to cover both contributions, then you can contribute into her IRA ( deductible or non-deductible).
