Can I use my mother on my taxes if I took care of her in my home on 2022. She files her own taxes for her income for retirement &SS & Medical.

How much retirement does she get?  You can only claim her if she had less than $4,400 total income not counting SS.  If she is filing her own return that suggests she doesn't qualify as your dependent.

No, not if you took care of her home.

You can only claim your mother as a dependent if you provided more than half of her support in 2022 and she had gross income of less than $4,400.
