Can I receive a Retirement Savings Contribution Credit if I am taking the Standard Deduction?

Yes, you can get the retirement savings contribution credit ("Saver's Credit") if you take the standard deduction. One thing has nothing to do with the other. A credit and a deduction are two different things. The credit is not a deduction.
