Can I make payment arrangements instead of having my fee taking out in one lump sum

I was told by a gentleman that works for TurboTax named Kevin that I could defer my payments 21 days he lied told me to contact SBT regarding the payment they said that was another lie so now I have a payment coming up that I cannot afford to make in one lump sum

If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund you still have to pay the fees in time.

I don;t know what you are asking.

If you are asking about the Turbotax filing and processing fees, they are owed even if your federal refund is delayed or adjusted. Only customer support from Turbotax can help you with payment arrangements.

If you are asking about owing an income tax bill to the IRS or your state, you will owe penalties and interest for paying after April 15.  The penalty is about 1-1/2% per month of the amount you owe.  If you owe more than you can pay, pay as much as you can, then you can ask for a payment plan for the rest.  (If you expect to pay off the taxes in less than 4 months, the fees for the payment plan will usually be more than the penalties, so you might skip the payment plan and just pay the taxes as fast as you can.)  Turbotax can not help you with delaying payment of your taxes.
