Yes, you can have a spousal IRA as long as your working spouse has sufficient earned income to cover both of your IRA contributions. Note that you must file your taxes as Married Filing Jointly. I think I have made a mistake with my taxes the past few years using turbo tax. I think all I have had was unearned income, but turbo tax allowed me to contribute to an IRA for me and my wife.

Can you help me to fix my errors?
