Can I have an IRA or Spousal IRA? I was forced to retire on disability in 2013. I started contributing to an IRA for me and spouse in 2015, turbo tax did not say.

Yes, you can have a spousal IRA as long as your working spouse has sufficient earned income to cover both of your IRA contributions.  Note that you must file your taxes as Married Filing Jointly.  Be aware of the IRA income limits and other restrictions which are described here:  https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/plan-participant-employee/retirement-topics-ira-contribution-limits

I think I have made a mistake with my taxes the past few years using turbo tax.  I think all I have had was unearned income, but turbo tax allowed me to contribute to an IRA for me and my wife.

Can you help me to fix my errors?
