Yes, you can do a joint return with your spouse or domestic partner in all versions of TurboTax.

Your RMDs should be reported to you on Form 1099-R. This is how to add a Form 1099-R in TurboTax:

  1. Select Federal.
  2. Under  Wages & Income, find IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
  3. Select Add/ Edit to the right.
  4. Answer Yes on the next screen.
  5. At this point, you can follow the steps to import your 1099-R information, or
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Skip this.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and select Change how I enter my form.
  9. On the next screen select, I'll type it in myself.
  10. On the next screen select the type of 1099-R you have.
  11. Click Continue.
  12. Enter the information from your 1099-R form.
  13. Once you return to the screen, Here's your 1099-R info, you can select Add another 1099-R.
