Can I deduct my retired spouse's Medicare Part B premium (automatically deducted from his SS benefits) from my self-employed health insurance deduction on Schedule C?

Yes.  If you qualify for the self-employed health insurance deduction, you may deduct health insurance premiums paid for yourself, your spouse, and your dependents.  You can include  Medicare and supplemental premiums, long term care insurance premiums, and dental insurance premiums.  The deduction is taken on Schedule 1 of Form 1040, line 29.

Self-employed Health Insurance premiums are entered in the Less Common Business Situations section of Business Income & Expenses.  See the FAQ below for more details.
