Can I deduct for ROTH contributions?

Do I deduct the year to date contributions into my 401k for Roth

No.  Roth 401(k) (and Roth IRA) contributions are not deductible. Since Roth 401(k) contributions are not deductible now, they will be tax-free when you make withdrawals in retirement.
